Ab challenge

Chris and I just completed day 7.

  2. 20 more sit-ups to complete day 13. It is getting hard and we are having to break it up to morning and night. May go back to a reasonable rate and do a hard day once a week. We are both getting stronger as when we started we struggled to do 5 sit-ups and now we can do 20 in a set. Have not lost any weight though. We did bike 42 miles today.
