We all enjoyed this unorthadox version of the Wizard of Oz. Ben did very well as the guard of Emerald City. I tried a number of times to upload a short movie of Ben in his role, but kept having trouble! Mom and Dad, Bob videotaped THE WHOLE RPODUCTION so you'll be able to enjoy it next time you visit.
Both Ben and Liam have lots of recitals and parties scheduled for this holiday season. The festivities will help us get through the dark and rainy days of winter in the NW.
Too bad we missed it. Hope you had fun Ben. Look foreward to seeing the video. I'm having fun in San Diego but Dad is working all the time and comes home exhausted. At least he's here for dinner.

ReplyDeleteThis scene is Munchkinland. The witch's legs withruby slippers stuck out from underneath the black curtain off to the side. All the kids are depicting things in a village. The girls forming the arch are a house, the curled up boy, Ben thinks, is a rock. Ben says he is a fountain.
ReplyDeleteDorothy and Toto are the kids in white at the front of the photo. Dorothy had a really good voice!
