What a giant turkey! Was it cooked all the way through? Ours was definately undercooked. I think I stuffed the stuffing in too densely.
It was 18 lbs and it was cooked perfectly. For some reason this took one hour less than we thought.I do not think it is possible to have too much stuffing.Chris
Nice pics. London has been mostly dry with comfortable temps for walking. Saw a great exhibit of pottery and other crafts at the British Museum by an interesting, new-to-me artist, Grayson Perry. Church/choir at Temple this morning.
