The Desert Tortoise and the Rattlesnake

Liam and I played at his piano recital on Friday. It went quite well. I composed the clarinet accompaniment to go along with his "Dig Those Turtles." Liam explains the story line to the audience at the beginning of the video. It comes something like this:  the desert tortoise digs a hole to escape the hot sun of the desert, and many creatures come to share his burrow and escape the cold of night, and heat of day. In this piece Liam is the tortoise, and the clarinet is the rattlesnake.
